Sony Cyber-shot WX150

Sony has just announced the higher end sibling to the Cyber-shot W690 launched today. The new Cyber-shot WX150 looks to be the top-end model in Sony’s 2012 Cyber-shot WX lineup. The camera shares the brand new 18 megapixel CMOS sensor first seen in the Sony TX200V glass camera launched last month.

  • Optical image stabilization
  • 3 inch LCD (460,800 pixels)
  • Superior Auto with scene modes; no manual controls

  • Clear Image Zoom allows for 2X digital zoom without lowering image quality
  • Picture Effects, 3D photo mode, Sweep Panorama, Anti Motion Blur and HDR modes
  • Full HD 60i movie mode with stereo sound and zoom
  • Takes SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards
  • Uses a lithium-ion battery
  • Available in May for $250
  • Comes in your choice of silver, black, blue or red
