Canon has just announced a new compact super-zoom digital camera model, the PowerShot SX260 HS, which sports a huge 20X optical zoom lens, full manual controls, GPS, face recognition, Full HD movie mode and plenty more features. Canon has also announced a plain variant of the camera, the PowerShot SX240 HS, which looks identical to the SX260 but comes without the GPS feature. The non-GPS SX240 HS will be available in most parts of the world except America.
