Rob – You’re being a tool. Info on this camera is pretty limited right now Low light performance info is what I’m after. If you didn’t find it useful, shut your pie hole and move on.

It's called a preview gallery, I don't see anything that mentions this being a 'review'. Shots were taken using pre-production camera (where of course people tend make some leeway as some things may not be working entirely and/or perfectly). I used center autofocus, no touching of the manual focus ring - but then again, this is a pre-production unit (see explanation above). The poorly lit 'targets' are meant to show how the camera performs in low-light, something that many of our readers have been asking for.

And hmm, I'm sure I did put a notice that I will be reshooting all shots after I get a finalized unit of the Lumix GF1 (me thinks it's the sentence just before the collection of samples). My suggestion to you would be to wait till a final review of a retail/production level comes out.

What kind of half-assed review is this? You shoot at 3:2 when the native aspect ratio is 4:3 and on top of that, not one shot is in focus and your target is poorly lit. Nice reflection at the top left, by the way.

Try again, and do it right this time.
