		<description>Same thing happend to me and there is a little black bar beside the memory card just open the battery cover and open the little black bar and took another like watch battery out and put it straight back in and the lens closed right away, so don&#039;t throw it out or take it back jsut do that.</description>

		<description>You only can view videos recorded using the camera itself. Just put them back into the DCIM/xyz-CANON (xyz is the folder number) in your SD memory card.</description>

I bought it as brand new,, but it works only for 20 shot,, then the lens stuck, it says &quot;lens problem restart the camera&quot; i thought that the problem only was the battery, I replaced the new battery but its failed.it seems to be defective..so i replace it with another camera brand from the store..
i will never buy a canon camera forever.</description>
